- How do I become an Amigo?
Quite simple! Pay Rs. 100 initially and purchase an Amigos card which you can swipe for each activity. This card is rechargeable that allows you to play as you pay. You can recharge the card for any amount to enjoy our array of games. Check out Combos & Offers page to avail attractive offers.
- What are Amigos Cards, anyway?
The Amigos card works just like your debit card. You can swipe it for all the activities and food. There is no expiry date on the card so you can recharge it any time you feel like dropping in for some fun.
- What if I wish to return the card?
In case you want to return the card, Rs. 20 will be refunded. But you always have a choice of keeping it as a souvenir.
- How do I pay for the activities?
For arcade games you can always swipe your card. Tickets for group attractions like 5D cinema and Laser Tag can be purchased at the front desk. We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard debit and credit cards. And if you fall short of cash, there's an ATM close by.
- Are you open all year round?
Yes! You are always welcome to enjoy with Amigos from 11 a.m. through 10 p.m. round the year.
- Do you offer discount packages for non-profit groups, schools, or scouts?
Yes, Amigos offers discounts for certain organizations during our off-hours. Please check our Combos & Offers page for details.
- How can I check the balance in my Amigos card?
Easy! Simply talk to our front desk and they will help you. You can also check your balance anytime at the balance readers available in the centre.
- Can we bring in our own food?
Outside food and drink is not permitted in the premises. But you can get birthday cakes for Amigos hosted parties. To save you from the hassle we also help arrange for some amazing cakes. Get in touch with any Amigos crew for more details.
- Does Amigos sell gift certificates?
Sure! Gift your loved one with Amigos Cards and enjoy watching them having a ball of a time.
- Can I rent any of your activities by the hour?
Sure! Laser Tag, Laser Maze, 5D attraction, and Interactive games are available for rent on hourly basis. Please call for more information.
- Are the lasers used in games at AMIGOS safe?
Of course they are! Designed for total human safety, even accidental direct eye contact won't harm you. However, we urge you not to try this out.
- Is parking available at AMIGOS?
Sure! Valet parking for 4 wheelers is available at select hours.
